If you want to make a prepayment to a vendor choose Vendor Prepayment from the Vendor menu.

1. Select the bank account to prepay for the vendor.
2. Choose the vendor to whom you want to prepay.
3. Enter the amount you are prepaying.
4. Then click Save Transaction.
