How do I track my expenses?
If you make purchases or pay bills as soon as you receive them,
When paying from a checking account, fill out a check.
When paying with cash, fill out a cash purchase.
When paying with credit card, fill out a credit card charge.
To make a purchase and pay on a later date, use Credit Purchase. Pay the bills using Pay bills, when they are overdue.
