Difference between Pay bills and Pay one vendor

Using Pay bills, you can record payments for more than one vendor at a time. Also, the applied credit amounts are automatically assigned from the available credit transactions for the respective vendors.
Pay-one-vendor lists only bills related to one vendor. Here, the user has full control over which credit transactions to be used for payment.
