If you want to delete a vendor, the vendor should be removed from the vendor list. To delete vendor details,

1. Choose Vendor List from the Vendor Menu.
2. Click 'X' adjacent to the vendor, you want to delete.
3. Confirm deletion by clicking Yes.
4. If the vendor has any pending bills to receive, either go back to the Pay Bills page in the Vendor menu to record the payment made to the vendor or click Yes in the popup window that appears after confirming deletion to make adjustment for the bill.
5. The desired vendor name is now removed from the list.
