Effects of a Cash Purchase
A cash purchase will affect the Balance Sheet and Accounting Reports except the Cash Flow Statement.
If Cash In Hand is used, Cash Flow Statement will show the effect.
If an Expense Account is selected Profit & Loss Account and Expense By Vendor will be affected.
