This report shows the debit and credit balances of each account in the chart of accounts.

1. Choose Reports Overview from the Reports menu. Then choose Trial balance.
2. The report shows the debit and credit balances for each account.
3. You can limit the report by setting different dates.
4. You can either print the report using Print option or export the report to Excel Spreadsheet and save it.
