Reports Module

General Ledger

This report shows all the transactions that occurred for each account in your chart of accounts. This report contains the beginning balances for each account.

  1. Choose Reports Overview from the Reports menu. Then choose General Ledger.
  2. The report shows the transactions under each account.
  3. You can limit the report by setting different dates.
  4. You can either print the report using Print option or export the report to Excel Spreadsheet and save it.
  5. There is also an option to send the report via email as an attachment in xls format.
