1. Click on "eBay Transaction Setting"
2. Enter the name of the transaction in the field given.
3. Select the type of transaction type to be entered before receiving the payment.
4. Select the Debit and Credit A/C type accordingly.
5. Repeat the steps 3 & 4 for setting the transactions after the payment.
6. Finally "Save" your eBay Transaction Settings.
