Yes, you can delete accounts that you have created for your company. To delete a particular account, click the link 'X' of that particular account from the Chart of accounts page. An alert will be displayed and if you are sure enough to delete that particular account then press 'OK' to delete the account.

Note: Once deleted these accounts are irrecoverable. So make sure whether you want to delete the accounts.
