Numia has enhanced it's service by adding up a new feature that you can design your own invoice template in order to make accounting more easy, effective and flexible. In order to manage any business invoice is the important component. In this ultra modern world, a company or organization will send you a check for the work they have completed for you or purchased from you only after you have invoiced them.
Features that you can enclose in the Invoice Designer:
Customer Name: It's easy to enclose customer name to whom the Invoice is personalized to by just selecting Customer fields and choose Customer Name. Just drag and place it in your desired position in the invoice template.
Customer Address: Choose customer address from Customer fields. And drag and place it in the desired position. Probably below Customer Name
Invoice Number: Each Invoice has a distinct Invoice Number. Select it from the Insert field. Drag it and place in your personalized template.
Invoice Date: It is the date on which the Invoice is customized. Select Invoice Date from the Insert field.
Items Table: This Item Table mentions the items or products purchased by the customer in the Invoice customized. You can select the items table from Insert menu.
Deduction : If there is any deduction in the amount for the products purchased by the customers it can be listed here. You can select the Deduction from Insert menu and place it in the Invoice Template.
Due Date: This Due date is the date in which the amount for the invoice customized. Select Due Date from Insert menu and then place it in invoice template.
Total Amount: This total amount is the full amount for that invoice customized for the particular customer. Select total amount from Insert menu and place it in the invoice template.
